Ali Subratty is a young and ambitious Optometrist. He comes from a family of achievers, his father and siblings also being professionals in the health sector. Ali’s previous logo was more amateurish in that it had an illustrated pair of glasses as its logo mark, how original. 

Ali’s main ambition was to acquire a high-precision eye-test machine which cost a fortune, but would ultimately guarantee way more accurate results. He wanted for this investment, along with his personal drive to provide the best service coupled with the best technology, to be the focus point of his new brand identity.

In french, there is an expression which says “avoir un compas dans l’oeil” which translates to having a compass in one’s eye, meaning to have the ability to measure accurately with the eyes. The compass would become the basis for the logo concept, which in the end came tor represent the compass, an eye and a sideways capital A, representing precision, optometry and the man behind the brand.
